Returns and Refunds

Eligibility and Rights
The right of withdrawal applies to Consumer Customers, defined as individuals purchasing goods for non-professional purposes (without a VAT number). Such Customers are entitled to the rights set forth under Article 64 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Timeframe
The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.

How to Request a Return

  • Notification: The right of withdrawal must be exercised by submitting a request through the DEDICATED FORM.

  • Declaration: The request must clearly state the intention to return the product(s) concerned.

  • Instructions: Upon receipt of the request, Customer Care will provide detailed return instructions.

  • Shipping: The Customer must ship the products back to Le Silla within 14 working days from submitting the return request.

Post-Sales Options

  • Refund: This is the only available option. Customers may request exclusively a refund of the amount paid.

  • Size/Item Exchange: Exchanges are not available. Should a different size or item be desired, a new, separate order must be placed.

Return Costs
All return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer.

Conditions for Return Acceptance
In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the following conditions must be met:

  • The right applies to each product in its entirety.

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all components (including packaging and any accompanying documentation).

  • The return shipment is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

Refund Timing

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, Sicap S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid by the Customer.

  • Timing: The refund will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

  • Amount: The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping costs.

Prices and Promotions

Prices and promotions applied to purchases are those valid at the time the order is placed.
