Shipping Policy

Products are delivered in Italy to the address provided by the Customer within 48–72 hours from order confirmation, with shipping costs clearly indicated on the website prior to purchase. For shipments outside Italy, delivery times and costs may vary.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are advised to check in advance any applicable costs or import restrictions with their local customs authorities.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Any delays or split shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that:

  • the number of packages matches the information stated in the delivery document;

  • the packaging is intact and not damaged, wet, or altered.

Any damage or irregularities must be reported immediately upon delivery by noting them on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
